Terms of use
These terms describe permitted use of LBI: Shorebreak and its companion website. The game is provided under the slaelabs name. This is a pre-release edition, not an announcement that the app is available for purchase.
Your license
Subject to the applicable store license and these terms, the app is for your personal, noncommercial entertainment. Do not unlawfully copy or resell the app, distribute modified paid copies, interfere with security, or misuse the website. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law grants you. Children should use the app with the permission and supervision appropriate to their age and local law.
Pricing, downloads and refunds
Final prices, taxes, device compatibility and availability will be displayed by the applicable app store before purchase. The website does not process payment. Refund and redownload requests follow the store’s procedures and applicable consumer law. The current build contains no subscription or in-app purchases.
Progress and availability
Progress is local to an installation, with no publisher-operated cloud recovery. Resetting data, changing devices, uninstalling or an operating-system issue may remove it. Active rounds are not guaranteed to survive closing the app.
Rewards and fair presentation
Scores, tickets, badges and souvenirs are virtual entertainment features, have no monetary value, and confer no entitlement to real goods or services. Personal bests are local records, not verified world rankings. The daily shore mood is a suggestion, not a contest or a limited-time purchase. No streak penalty applies if you skip a day.
Ownership and local references
The game’s original code and creative materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Long Beach Island, Holyoke, Old Barney, the Causeway and local place or business references describe inspiration. We do not claim ownership of third-party names, marks or places. Mentioning the Chegg, Fantasy Island or another place does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, discounts or redeemable rewards. Shore Roll and our other game names are our own and are not affiliated with any arcade game brand. Illustrations, photos and island routes are stylized, not accurate maps or depictions of every real attraction.
Safety and external services
Follow the Play safely guidance and stop playing when attention or comfort requires it. External websites, stores and email services have separate terms and privacy practices.
Changes, warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the pre-release software is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or work on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive your statutory consumer remedies.
